Letting Go

Let go.

Why do you cling to pain?

There is nothing you can do

about the wrongs of yesterday.

It is not yours to judge.

Why hold on to the very thing which keeps you from hope and love?

- Leo Buscaglia

More wise words - where do you find them all?! I imagine you frantically thumbing through vast tomes every day searching for the next one!

You are right -- I do spend time thumbing through treasured volumes but it is easy -- I have a wonderful collection of books (I call them my hand-of-God books)written by the masters so I have countless sources. I do this blog for myself - to set my compass daily and to give myself cause to pause. Thanks for dropping by Jinksy!

Hey Soul Snax,
Great name by the way. Here is a poem I think you would appreciate on letting go. I know the link won't work, just copy and paste.

Thanks Jax for the link to the poem. I recognise it from Al Anon. I will definitely post it on my blog in the near future. It is a wonderful piece and I appreciate the suggestion.
